As you enter the home, you are welcomed to a spacious entryway. The first room to your left is the first floor primary bedroom with a queen-size bed, 32-inch TV, and a en suite bathroom and spacious walk-in shower. As you continue to the main living space, you are greeted by a large kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. This well-equipped kitchen includes cookware, food processor, blender, mixer, waffle maker, automatic and Keurig coffeemakers, toaster and an array of pots, pans, baking dishes, mixing bowls, cooks and grilling tools. There is plenty of dining space at the kitchen table for 6, with additional seating at the counter for 4. The spacious living room offers a pullout sofa bed. As you make your way to the back patio, the space is equipped with a large gas grill and a fire table that comfortably seats six to enjoy the wonderful weather Florida offers.
At the top of the stairs, the first bedroom has a queen bed, a 32-inch tv, large closet and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bedroom to the left of the stairs is equipped with 2 twin beds, pull-out twin bed, 32-inch tv and an en suite bathroom with tub shower combination. The last bedroom on the second floor is the second primary bedroom. This spacious room has a king-size bed, 50"-inch tv, closet and an outside balcony. The en suite bathroom has a double sink vanity and a walk-in shower.
BIKES, AMENITIES, POOL, BEACH ACCESS
The deck boxes include 1 beach wagon, 6 beach chairs and 4 boogie boards. In addition, there are 4 bikes included with locks. A community pool is located directly across the street from the property for easy access. Ed Walline Beach access located at the intersection of highways 393 and 30A is a short 8-minute walk from the property. The modern beach access includes ample parking (cars, golf carts and bikes), bathrooms, outdoor showers with stair and ramp access to the water. In addition, the Gulf Place development surrounding the beach access includes restaurants, shopping, personal services, art walk and music. All of this makes for fun, family-friendly experiences.
PARKING
The home's driveway includes space for 2 vehicles. If needed, there are additional parking spots behind the pool, as parking on the street is not permitted. A pad of parking permits is on the refrigerator in the kitchen. Trailers, boats, RVs, or motorhomes are not allowed.
NO PHYSICAL CHECK-IN
There is no physical check-in for this property. Guests will receive an email and text notification 7 days before arrival with a unique key code and instructions for the self-check-in and check-out.
