This eclectic, vintage Folly home is the ground floor of a two-story beach home with oceanfront views, enclosed sun porch, and it is only steps to the beach through the private frontyard. With 2 bedrooms (one oversized!), ample living space, a fully-equipped kitchen, and an enclosed sun porch with seating for your entire group, this vacation getaway is a beach-lover's dream. And this home sleeps up to 6 guests!

After you park in the home's private driveway (parking for 2 cars; no street parking to worry about), directly to your left is the entry to the home, welcoming you immediately into the sun porch with seating for the entire group. Off the sun porch is the open living room and dining area that leads into the kitchen. The primary bedroom and oversized second bedroom (with 2 beds) share a jack and jill bathroom with standup shower. Rinse away the sand in the outdoor shower and enjoy all Folly has to offer with local restaurants and Folly's heart, a 3-minute drive away. If you are looking for a true beach bungalow getaway with easy access to all the Charleston area has to offer, look no further. Live like a local, relax and create some wonderful memories.

The floor plan throughout the remainder of the house includes a living area with seating for up to 4, a dining area with seating for 6, an additional 2 seats at the kitchen counter,  and a full kitchen. Although this home doesn't offer an on-site washing machine or dryer, there's a local laundromat a short, 5-minute drive away right on Folly (no need to leave the island).

Once you park and walk to the entry door to your left, you'll enter onto the fully enclosed, all-season sun porch where you can start and end your day with sunrises and sunsets. This home has that "perfect Folly feel" with pink walls and beach charm all throughout. The hardwood floors and well-appointed living spaces let you know you've found the perfect beach getaway...a literal few steps to the beach.

For most properties, cancellations received more than 30 days before arrival are subject to a full refund except for a small fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will result in the forfeiture of all payments made unless you have purchased optional travel insurance and the need to cancel is covered under your policy.

HOUSE RULES/ITEMS TO NOTE:

• Primary Renter must be 25
• No Parties/Events
• Quiet hours 10 PM-10 AM
• Parking for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway (park on left side of driveway)
• Folly Beach doesn't allow vehicles to be parked on the street unless all tires are off the roadway
• Please bring your beach towels/gear - sometimes guests leave some behind

• No smoking is allowed in the house
• No pets allowed
