After a long day of exploring downtown Grand Junction, visiting the wineries and vineyards in Palisade, biking on one of many trails, or watching a baseball game at Suplizio Field, come take a load off and kickback at our cozy East Side Pad. You'll find everything you need for a memorable home away from home experience with friends and family!
When you enter this Sunset Pad, you are immediately greeted by its groovy, fun design from sunset orange accent walls to repurposed artwork made by the homeowner himself. The living space is furnished with a comfy couch and smart TV. Directly past the living room, is the whimsically designed kitchen that is equipped with a full refrigerator, stove and dishwasher as well as many cooking and eating utensils. Down the hallway to the right is the main bathroom that is suited with a full bathtub/shower. A little further down the hall is an all-in-one washer and dryer. This home features three bedrooms. One bedroom, which is great for kids, is equipped with a bunk bed that is fullsize on the bottom and twin on top. The next bedroom is suited with a comfy queen bed and dresser to unpack and feel at home. Finally, the master bedroom is decorated with a beautiful orange accent wall, a cozy queen bed and is attached to a private bathroom with a full shower. Some other awesome features that families would enjoy is a 6-seat patio table and grill under the enclosed and shaded patio area great for barbeques and hanging out with friends. There is off-street parking and a fenced backyard which is perfect for any furry family members.
