Located in Fawn Valley Inn, backing up to Fall River, one mile from the Fall River (north) entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park!  

This cozy one bedroom mountain getaway is 2.5 miles from downtown Estes Park with plentiful shopping and a variety of restaurants. The Fall River (north) Entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park is .5 mile from the condo. 

The living space has plenty of windows to let in the sunshine and the scenery. Open the windows to experience the fresh mountain breeze. The galley kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or meals together. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size appliances and kitchenware for making meals. Just off of the living area, slide open the doors to your deck and enjoy the sights and sounds of the Fall River.

The King bed in the bedroom will provide a great night's sleep. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room.  If you have a larger group rent both Units in the same hallway! (#1810831 Unit 207, River Paradise, through SkyRun Vacation Rentals)

Enjoy free Cable TV and an outdoor swimming pool to cool off in.

Walk to Estes Park!  Take a stroll down the river path in the evening after a long day of hiking or visiting Rocky Mountain National Park, or just sit out on its second floor deck that overlooks the river and listen to the water rush by.
Guest supplies firewood for fireplace. 

  • Management provides a starter kit of toiletries, paper products (toilet paper/paper towels) and garbage bags. This kit includes sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, and dishwashing soap. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products beyond this starter kit.
  • Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups and hot tub services. These are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the following required services. Mid-stay cleans include floors, countertop and furniture surfaces, & bathrooms.

  • The guest will be contacted for payment as follows:
    $75 (one mid-stay cleaning for stays of 14-30 days)
    $75 (mid-stay cleaning for 30+ days required every 14 days each at $75)
    $10  (trash pickup required every 14 days, $10 each)
