River Paradise is a cozy one bedroom condo vacation rental. This cozy one bedroom mountain getaway is 2.5 miles from downtown Estes Park with plentiful shopping and a variety of restaurants. The Fall River (North) Entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park is .5 mile from the condo.
After a long day of activities in Rocky Mountain National Park, soak in the two person hot tub on the deck. Awake each day and savor a cup of coffee in the beautiful morning light. The kitchen is equipped for preparing simple meals. At the end of the day enjoy a hot cup of cocoa on your patio, while taking in the brilliant night skies.
The living area is open and cozy with sofa, fireplace, dining table for two, and a studio-sized kitchen. The bedroom features a King bed, and bathroom with a shower and one sink.
Guest supplies own firewood for fireplace.
Guests are welcome to use the Fawn Valley outdoor community pool. The pool is managed by the Fawn Valley HOA and operating hours, openings and closures are at the discretion of the HOA.
River Paradise will keep you warm and cozy in the winter and cool and comfortable in the summer. This lovely condo accommodates up to 3 people and will be your perfect romantic mountain home away from home!
- Management provides a starter kit of toiletries, paper products (toilet paper/paper towels) and garbage bags. This kit includes sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, and dishwashing soap. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products beyond this starter kit.

Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups and hot tub services. These are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the following required services. Mid-stay cleans include floors, countertop and furniture surfaces, & bathrooms.
