New Listing! Stunning, fully updated two-bedroom, 1 1/2 bath condo located in the heart of Eagle-Vail. Beautiful large windows provide great sunlight into the open living room with vaulted ceilings and a wood burning fireplace. Mature trees and landscaping surround the complex, making this home a private oasis.

Upon entering this lovely home you’ll be flooded with natural light, vaulted ceilings and personal touches through-out.  On the main level you'll find the step down living room complete with flat screen TV. There is small deck off the living area set up with a BBQ and picturesque views. Perfect for the cook in the family to grill up a feast and enjoy a glass of wine. 

The open concept kitchen is set with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances, with seating at the island for three. There is also a dining table adjacent  with ample seating. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a drip and Keuring coffee maker for added convenience. Regular coffee and filters are provided. 

The master and guest bedroom located on the top floor with a private bathroom. The guest bedroom is outfitted with twin/twin bunkbeds while the master is set with a queen bed. Both bedrooms offer vaulted ceilings, comfy mattresses and hotel quality linens. The master is connected to the the bathroom complete with a shower/tub combo, granite counter tops and a finish in the shower. Additional amenities include a full-sized washer/dryer. 

Walking around the neighborhood is excellent, with groomed paths on the far side of golf course. There is a community pool (fee), tennis courts, hiking, golf, fishing, dining, arts, and entertainment, not to mention world class skiing are just around the corner. With Beaver Creek Resort just two miles away and the world-famous Vail Ski Resort only six miles from home, Epic adventures await you on your next mountain escape!
