- Pets are NOT allowed
- Hollows Community association requires all guests to complete a separate registration form prior to arrival, and to follow neighborhood guidelines. It also charges a $25 nightly resort fee (max of $125) that is collected separate from the booking and provides access to the Hollows Beach Club (community pools, fitness center, restaurant) and neighborhood facilities
- Hosts collect and do NOT keep hotel taxes owed to state and city and the cleaning fee
- Parking for all cars after the first car is first-come first-serve (you can rent a golf cart during your stay to fully enjoy the community experience)
- Outdoor grill shown in pictures is no longer available

Our place is perfect for group gatherings or a more intimate retreat from the city. We have multiple spaces to gather and enjoy a Texas Hill Country breeze. The oversized balcony features a high-top table, fridge, and three comfortable seating areas. If you prefer a cool air-conditioned space, then hang out in our tastefully decorated modern living and dining areas. The second balcony provides privacy for coffee and conversation.
Our condo comes equipped with a full kitchen, separate living and dining areas, and private garage (one of the only condos to include garage parking). We have 3 bedrooms - the primary bedroom features a king bed, large en suite bath and porch access; second bedroom has a queen bed and en suite bathroom; third bedroom has two single beds. The daybeds in the living room (convertible to king bed) brings total sleeping capacity to 8 people.
We are perfectly situated in beautiful The Hollows on Lake Travis and offer everything you could ask for from our home or within a 5 minute drive: lake views, resort-style infinity pools, fitness center, hot tub, 8 miles of trails, Smokehouse Grill, picnic area, kids playground, and nearby NorthShore Marina. The Hilltop SmokeHouse is just a short distance up the hill - it's a great spot to have a picnic, grill, cook some s'mores or just hang out and enjoy the view.
