Surrounded by lush landscaping for privacy, the outdoor living space oasis, complete with an amazing private pool, was designed by a renowned Charleston landscape architect. Meadow Blu invites your family to experience a dream beach vacation that is centered around outdoor living at its best. The home features three-bedrooms. There is additional living space in a separate space to the right of the pool, and a quiet screened porch off of the living room. Your family will know that they have found paradise when they walk into Meadow Blu! Not to be overshadowed by the amazing outdoor living area, the interior of Meadow Blu is equal in its design and furnishings. Heart of pine floors can be found throughout the home, which features a large and open living room, dining area and kitchen. Featuring granite and stainless-steel appliances, the kitchen features everything your family’s chefs will need. The furniture and artwork have been carefully selected by a true leader in interior design. The home has three bedrooms and two full baths. The master has a king bed and each guest bedroom has a queen. The poolside guest house is just to the right of the swimming pool. It also features a queen bed.
Additional features of Meadow Blu include the following:  High speed internet with Wi-Fi.  Direct Check in  Text and e-mail status updates of accommodations on arrival date.  Full size washer and dryer. Parking for four cars.  Linens and bath towels are provided, as well as starter supplies including soap, shampoo and paper products. Meadow Blu is an easy walk to the beach (approximately .2 miles, or 352 yards from the beach access path on 29th Ave).  An outdoor shower is privately located in the back yard.  Bike and cart rentals are available which make for fun island exploring or beach transportation.   An additional bonus at Meadow Blu is that the Isle of Palms Recreational Center is only two blocks away! Tennis, basketball (indoor and outdoor), ballfields, exercise room, and a huge playground is perfect for families looking for additional activities. It is a fantastic facility and free for your family to visit. Ideally located,  Meadow Blu is on the Isle of Palms making it an easy drive to Sullivan’s Island, Mount Pleasant and Historic Charleston. Sullivan’s Island (4.6 miles) features Fort Moultrie and wonderful dining options along Middle Street. In Mount Pleasant (4.1 miles), your family will want to visit Boone Hall Plantation with its avenue of oaks, the USS Yorktown, Town Center shopping and the restaurants lining the shrimp docks on Shem Creek. Finally, Historic Charleston (14 miles) is the number one tourism destination in the United States, and offers some of the world’s finest restaurants, galleries, historic homes and gardens. Finally, the Windjammer, Seabiscuit, Acme Grill, as well as a number of other dining options are only 1 mile away in the commercial district (Front Beach).  Meadow Blu is truly an oasis that will be hard to leave.

Swimming Pool Can Be Heated for $150/day during cool months (Oct - Dec)  and can not be heated during the cold months of winter (Jan - Feb).
