What To Be Aware Of
- Pets ARE allowed. We gladly welcome furry companions and charge a $25 nightly fee for their accommodation
- Hollows community association requires all guests to complete a separate registration form prior to arrival, and to follow neighborhood guidelines
- Hosts collect and do NOT keep these fees included in the total trip cost: resort fee (charged by HOA for use of community pool, fitness center, etc), hotel taxes owed to state and city (only half of the total 13% taxes are included in the tax line - the rest is included in the nightly rate)- Hollows community association requires all guests to complete a separate registration form prior to arrival, and to follow neighborhood guidelines

Living and Dining
Sip your morning coffee in a comfy seat in the living room, enjoy a meal with friends or family around the dining table, and prepare meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, all while taking in the beauty of Lake Travis. Nearly every room in the house offers direct views of the lake and hill country. The living room has a brand new comfy leather sofa and plush armchairs (not pictured) so you can enjoy conversation or watching your favorite shows on a large wall-mounted TV. The dining table seats 6, and the nearby bar seating extends the seating to 8 total. We know a well-stocked kitchen is important, so we’ve made sure the kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.
The covered patio off the living room has both a dining and seating area - perfect for eating alfresco or watching the sunset over the lake. The balcony's windscreen reduces occasional gusts to a breeze so you can still peacefully enjoy the space.
The garage flex space / game room boasts a full-size ping pong table, TV, dart board, treadmill, and yoga mats. A bike is also available for guest use.
Sleeping
- Stretch out on the primary suite's king sized 4-poster bed while gazing over Lake Travis through the wall-to-wall windows. The en suite bathroom contains both a walk-in shower and a tub, and a wide double-vanity provides an abundance of space. The primary suite's attached balcony has two additional seating areas with lake views.
- The second and third bedrooms are each outfitted with queen beds and their own en suite bathrooms with tub/shower combinations.
- A brand new sleeper sofa in the living room sleeps two to allow for up to 8 guests total.
- All beds have comfortable mattresses and hotel-quality sheets to provide you with optimum comfort for getting a good night's rest.
- Kid-friendly items available free of charge! Graco Pack 'n' Play, feeding chair, and cabinet safety locks.
Shared Amenities
- As our guest you will have access to so many extras in The Hollows community.
- Check out the community Beach Club, a 6 minute drive away, which has a luxurious stone infinity pool and spa tub, food and beverage service (starting at the end of May), fully-outfitted fitness center, covered pavilion with fireplace, and BBQ grills.
- Step out your front door and cross the street to visit the Hilltop Smokehouse, a scenic pavilion with grills and smokers, a fire pit, and sweeping views, just a 1-minute walk away.
- Go for a walk, jog or hike on the 8.5+ miles of paved and natural surface walking trails.
- Rent boats at the Northside Marina, a 6 minute drive away. Kayaks also available for rent.
