- Strictly enforced quiet hours 10 p. m. - 8 a.m. No Parties or events allowed. Noise is monitored by Noise-Aware devices. Per the City of Tempe Ordinance, guests may be subject to a 2K fine if found to be a disturbance and police are called
- No Smoking of any kind permitted anywhere on the property
- Property shall not be used by more than the number of children and adults listed on the reservation
- Neighboring property is occupied by a group of ASU Baseball players who may be training in their back yard during the day.
- This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Tempe Ordinance. The City of Tempe short-term registration number for this property is: STR-000427
- Please note that during the winter months, the ability to heat a pool is affected by the ambient temperatures outdoors. If temperatures reach below 45°F the pool heater will no longer be effective in heating the pool
