The gracious living space has a sectional sofa to enjoy friends and family for conversation, movies or games. An open kitchen awaits you and has dining space for everyone, with banquette seating around a gorgeous large dining table. The kitchen is completely new, including stainless steel appliances, countertops, dishes, and cookware. The main living area opens into a spacious screened porch with seating and a cozy Charleston Swing Bed. Enjoy grilling on the deck while you take in salty ocean breezes, water bubbling from the pool, and sitting on the screened porch. Salty Dogs Beach House has four bedrooms and one loft. There are two bedrooms on the main floor. The Sea Cove overlooks the pool on the main floor and has a king-size bed. The Captain's Quarters faces the front garden on the main floor and has a queen size bed. The first-floor bath features a double vanity, Hinkley lighting, and an oversized enclosed glass shower with an adjustable handheld shower and marble inset. The second level has two primary bedrooms, a laundry alcove, and a living area for games, movies, or extra workspace. Each bedroom on the second floor is a suite with attached baths. The Peacock Rose Suite is inviting for rest and relaxation with a Bohemian vibe and jazz-age colors as well as a double vanity and large shower. The Ahoy Matey Mast Suite sleeps 4. This suite has bunk beds, play and living space, closet, and a spacious bath nestled under the loft with Twin XL built-in beds, one overlooking Hamlin Creek and the other overlooking the pool. The My Blue Sky Suite has a King bed, two closets, a large shower, a free-standing soaking tub, double vanity, a sitting area, vaulted ceilings, and private access to the expansive second-level deck. This home has an outdoor security camera on the front of the house.  Swimming Pool Can Be Heated for $150/day during cool months (Oct - Dec)  and can not be heated during the cold months of winter (Jan - Feb).
