The condo is conveniently located to all that the High Country has to offer and is a short drive or bus ride to many area restaurants, bars and shops. The condo is also just across the street from the Rec Path. There is a free shuttle bus stop near by that will take you to many Summit County destinations including Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain resorts.
This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse sleeps 8 with three queen beds, and a queen sleeper-sofa. The unit is less than 10 minutes from world class skiing at Keystone and has a beautiful views of Lake Dillon and the Gore Mountain Range. There are two private outdoor areas and a private grill. Inside this great property you will find vaulted ceilings in the main living area and the wood-burning fireplace.
The entryway offers mounted hooks and a storage bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. From there you're in the full kitchen with granite countertops and perfect breakfast area. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a home cooked meal for the entire group. The breakfast table comfortably seats four and there are three additional seats at the breakfast bar.
Head upstairs to the dining area that seats six and offers beautiful views through the french doors. This main living area features plenty of comfortable seating, vaulted ceilings, a flat screen TV, a wood-burning fireplace, and a queen sleeper-sofa. Just off the living area is access to the balcony where you will find the amazing views of Dillon Bay and the Gore Mountain Range. There is a gas grill for additional cooking options.
Upstairs is the master suite. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom offers a single sink vanity with granite countertops and a shower/tub combination.
Downstairs on the basement level are two guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed and its own private patio with the same beautiful views as the balcony and access to green-space. The second guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a television. There is a full bathroom with a single sink vanity with granite countertops and a shower/tub combination. The private washer and dryer is also on this level.
Properties in Summit County generally do not have Air Conditioning. This is certainly the case for all SkyRun properties. Temperatures rarely crest 75 degrees and always cool off dramatically once the sun sets.

THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All SkyRun properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 2-3 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.
PARKING: Parking at all properties is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times.
WARNING: 4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck. Some homes require 4WD or AWD in the non-winter months due to dirt roads, and uneven surfaces - call for more information about your rental.
COLORADO TRACTION LAW: Starting Sept. and running through May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. Talk with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.

SUMMIT COUNTY FIRE RESTRICTIONS: Stage 1 fire restrictions, and Summit County’s year-round fire regulations, prohibit building, maintaining, attending, or using an open fire. An open fire is defined as any outdoor fire, including but not limited to campfires, warming fires, bonfires, or prescribed burns of any material.
