Looking for a challenging hike in the summer with great views, take on the many trails found at Black Canyon. Want to enjoy the fall colors on a lift, then Telluride is your destination. Whether you want to relax in the hot springs of Ouray or shop in downtown Delta, this home is the perfect base location for all your recreation desires!
Centrally located and hidden within the sweet corn farms Olathe is famously known for, you are greeted by the quiet and farm-like location of this home. Upon entry, you are welcomed by a homey-feeling living room with a wood burning stove, smart tv, comfy recliners, and fun hunting and hobby decor. As you venture further in, there is a large, spacious kitchen with every amenity you will need including a full refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and many other appliances. To the left you will find the master bedroom with a queen bed and an attached private bathroom. The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer. Home also has a two-car garage for guest vehicles. To the right of the kitchen, you will find the main bathroom, a second room with a comfy queen bed, and a third room with two twin beds. Sit on the front covered porch and watch the sunset or enjoy the covered patio in back. The back patio includes patio furniture and a gas BBQ grill. There is also a spacious back yard for your furry friend, and a private hot tub to enjoy the stars at night.
