And this home sleeps up to 10 guests! This property is in a quiet residential community and Folly Beach has a strict noise ordinance violation - which is enforced and violators will be evicted without refunds. Simply respect your neighbors, keep the noise down and NO parties (sorry...)

After you park in the home's private, drive under driveway (parking for 4 cars; no street parking to worry about), a short flight of stairs leads you up to the front door and an expansive deck with seating for 8 to take in the ocean views and breezes. Upon entering, you'll be welcomed into the large Carolina room with seating for the entire group. Sandy Feet Retreat provides comfortable living with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining room and grill! Enjoy all Folly has to offer with local restaurants and Folly's heart, a 3-minute drive away. THE SPACE

Upon entering the home, you'll walk into the large, open Carolina Room with multiple windows, tons of natural light, a comfortable sectional with additional seats for the entire group and a large SmartTV for your entire groups entertainment.

With an oversized primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom and two well-appointed guest bedrooms on the main floor and a large bedroom upstairs your group will have all the space they need to relax and recharge in comfort. The large and open kitchen ensures your "home-cooked" vacation meals will be a hit. Ready to dine as a group? Use the outdoor propane grill and meet at the dining room table. It seats 8 with ease and provides views of the private backyard.

For most properties, cancellations received more than 30 days before arrival are subject to a full refund except for a small fee of 8%. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will result in the forfeiture of all payments made unless you have purchased optional travel insurance and the need to cancel is covered under your policy.

• Parking for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway
• Folly Beach doesn't allow vehicles to be parked on the street unless all tires are off the roadway
• Some beach chairs/gear may be at the house
• Coffee Talk: 3 K-cup coffee makers to meet everyone's needs
• No smoking is allowed in the house
• No pets allowed

Important to note: Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG, the digital trust platform that enables Hosts, Operators, and Guests to confidently transact in the short-term rental space. Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this required step is completed before check-in.

The City of Folly Beach has strict rules and regulations regarding rental units in residential areas with three strikes resulting in the loss of homeowner’s business license. Those renters that violate the terms of occupancy, host events, and or parties will result in immediate eviction and reported to the OTA responsible for the booking.

To comply with Folly Beach's new strict noise ordinance, we now use noise sensors in our properties. Minut is a smart home device that measures decibel levels, is 100% privacy compliant, and does NOT listen or record. If the noise level exceeds the legal limit for FB, you will receive a friendly reminder text message to turn the noise down. Subsequent reminders may lead to eviction. This will help avoid any violations with the Folly Beach police that can result in fines and revoke the homeowner's business license.
