Welcome to Winterset 8, your pet friendly home away from home in the heart of mountain village! This large townhome has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and can sleep up to 10 guests. Upon entering, guests will be welcomed into the open-space living, dining and kitchen area. The newly updated kitchen has ample counter space, with room for 4 to sit at the countertop bar. The kitchen also offers all the pots, pans, and utensils you need to cook for the family. The kitchen is connected to the dining room that has seating for up to 6 at the large dining table. The open layout of the main level connects these areas to the living room. Cuddle up on the large wrap around couch for some quality time after a fun day in Steamboat.
As you head upstairs you will find all 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. Down the hall, there is an additional 2 bedrooms. One room has a king bed, while the other has a queen. These bedrooms are connected by another en-suite bathroom. Both rooms have their own private vanity areas as well. Continuing up one more spiral staircase, you will find the loft. This room has a queen bed, a set of twin bunk beds, and an en-suite bathroom.
There are 3 separate decks throughout the property where guests may enjoy the fresh mountain air. One small balcony in the master bedroom, and two separate decks on the main level that have outdoor seating. This property also has a private hot tub on the large front deck, that guests are more than welcome to use after a day on the slopes, or adventuring around town.
There is 1 parking space available in the shared garage, and 1 space available in the first come first served parking area around the complex. Guests may park anywhere on the Winterset property so long as they are not blocking the entryways to any of the garages. Please note that the garage space is shared with the unit next door. Please be respectful of how you are parking, and that you are not leaving personal gear strewn about.
IMPORTANT **The driveway at this complex is very tricky to navigate. 4WD is required from Nov-Apr. More information on how to navigate this driveway will be sent upon booking.**

IMPORTANT: There is a mandatory and non-refundable fee for bringing along your pet(s). The number of pets may not exceed the maximum listed for this pet-friendly home. If you bring a pet, you WILL be charged for ALL extra damage and cleaning required. You must comply with any applicable local regulations. Pets must be leashed at all times when outside, and must not disturb the peace. Animal can not be aggressive to other people or animals (for example, it must not jump on or bite at neighbors). If there is a complaint of any type you will have to move your pet to a kennel at your expense immediately. You must pick up pet’s waste and remove it from the home and grounds before you depart (do not leave animal waste in trash containers). If you bring a pet to this property but have not indicated and paid for it on your reservation, you will be subject to immediate eviction of your party without refund, and a minimum fee of $300/pet.
GETTING AROUND:
Use the free city bus to get to and from the base area and to downtown Steamboat. There is a stop just steps away from this condo. A vehicle is not necessary, but it is highly recommended. Vehicles must have 4WD in the winter months.
GETTING TO STEAMBOAT:
Steamboat Springs, CO is ideally located in Northwest Colorado just 150 miles from Denver International Airport (DIA) and just 20 minutes from the Steamboat/Hayden Airport (HDN) providing non-stop flights from 11 major US airports. Airport transportation ranges from rental cars, to private and public shuttles.
