THE SPACE
Nestled among the trees, this quaint open-floor plan 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage welcomes you for a relaxing getaway! Enter the front door to an open living room with a flat-screen Smart TV, an electric fireplace for ambiance, and seating for the entire family. Right off the entrance is the beautiful galley kitchen with plenty of space for cooking. You'll feel at home in this kitchen with an over-range microwave, electric stovetop, full oven, dishwasher, fridge with built-in water/ice maker, and a combo drip/single-serve coffee maker to start your day right. Just off the kitchen is a dining area to enjoy delicious home-cooked meals.
Beyond the dining area and right of the living room, you'll find the spacious primary bedroom with a king-size bed, full closet, ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo with large sink/vanity, smart TV, ceiling fan, and access to the sunroom for relaxing after those long days at the beach or on the golf course.
Left of the main entrance, a short hallway leads you to the guest rooms and shared bathroom. The first guest bedroom is the bunkroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed and a futon. Beyond the bunkroom is the shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo and sink. Across the hallway, the second guest bedroom offers a queen bed, smart TV, and ceiling fan to relax and sleep comfortably.
Beyond the main living room, you'll find a spacious sunroom with floor-to-ceiling windows allowing the natural Seabrook light in! With a table for seating for 4, a couch, a loveseat, and a chair, you'll find plenty of space to relax indoors while enjoying the outdoor views. It's also a great space to roll out your yoga mat for a morning workout.

NOTES ON PARKING AND AMENITIES
- SkyRun has your gate pass covered for up to 2 vehicles!! If you have a 3rd car the fee for that gate pass is $45 Gate passes are INCLUDED with your SkyRun rental. If you need a 3rd, contact us at least 2 weeks before arrival ($45 additional).
- Two weeks before arrival, please provide the name of 1 person per car for each pass; any licensed driver can drive after the gate pass is issued.
- All rentals include amenity cards providing access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf, and tennis. Additional greens and other fees may apply. There is a refundable $15/amenity card fee.
- Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).

SKYRUN CANCELATION POLICY:
For most properties, cancellations received more than 30 days before arrival are subject to a full refund except for an 8 percent cancellation fee of the base rental rate. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will result in the forfeiture of all payments made unless you have purchased optional travel insurance and the need to cancel is covered under your policy.
