-Guest will need to return key daily or they be charged.Please note: In the event that a private hot tub in a rental property becomes inoperable during your stay, SkyRun Winter Park will make all attempts to correct the problem as soon as possible and refund a maximum of $25 per day. This does not apply to on-site recreational facilities where the guest has access to.

This large, 3 bedroom, corner unit on 1st-floor of Base Camp One. You can step off the patio to the lifts of Granby Ranch. This allows you and your guests to ski in and ski out of the condo in the winter. You will also have very easy bike park access in the summer. You cannot get any closer! Base Camp One is centrally located in Grand County and is an ideal launching point for all of the great recreational activities available in our area. In addition to back door access to skiing and biking, you will be located very close to Golf Granby Ranch, Pole Creek Golf Course, Winter Park Ski Area, Rocky Mountain National Park, Hot Sulphur Springs, Grand Lake, Lake Granby, and Arapaho National Forest. These destinations are all located within a 30-minute drive of this unit.
