This large, 3 bedroom, corner unit on 1st-floor of Base Camp One. You can step off the patio to the lifts of Granby Ranch. This allows you and your guests to ski in and ski out of the condo in the winter. You will also have very easy bike park access in the summer. You cannot get any closer! Enjoy the Ranch House clubhouse during your stay— as guests can use amenities outdoor pool and hot tub. Base Camp One is centrally located in Grand County and is an ideal launching point for all of the great recreational activities available in our area. In addition to back door access to skiing and biking, you will be located very close to Golf Granby Ranch, Pole Creek Golf Course, Winter Park Ski Area, Rocky Mountain National Park, Hot Sulphur Springs, Grand Lake, Lake Granby, and Arapaho National Forest. These destinations are all located within a 30-minute drive of this unit.

Parking Notes: There is a strict 1-car per condo policy. There is a parking pass for the garage located in the condo. Extra spaces are available at the Inn at Silver Creek 2 minutes from the parking garage.
