The heart of the home/ entry level features a spacious open floor plan that combines the fully equipped chef’s kitchen, living room and dining area and has radiant floor heating in case you forget your slippers. Step out off the kitchen to wonderful deck to BBQ up a feast. The gas fireplace completes the space and will keep you cozy and warm while sharing the days outings and successes.

There are three levels in the unit affording everyone in your group the opportunity to stretch and relax. The upper floor is situated with two guest bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Each of the spacious bedrooms are outfitted with brand new comfy queen mattresses, hotel quality linens, TV and a desk. The guest bathroom offers a shower/tub combo and stocked with amenities. 

Make your way downstairs to find the beautifully spacious master suite equipped with a brand new queen bed and mattress fitted with comfy linens, desk and en-suite bathroom. Parking is complimentary and can accommodate two vehicles right in front of the unit. Walking around the neighborhood is excellent, with groomed paths on the far side of golf course. There is a community pool (fee), tennis courts, hiking, golf, fishing, dining, arts, and entertainment, not to mention world class skiing are just around the corner. With Beaver Creek Resort just two miles away and the world-famous Vail Ski Resort only six miles from home, Epic Alpine Adventures await you on your next mountain escape!

THE ADVANTAGE: All Beaver Creek properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.
