Whenever it's time to relax, the group can gather around the wood fireplace, play some tunes on the grand piano or turn on the flatscreen TV in the loft. A fully-equipped kitchen that comes equipped with modern appliances and utensils and gorgeous cabinets that will make cooking a breeze. This unique home is located in the heart of the Rocky Mountains on in the Warrior's Mark neighborhood of Breckenridge. Enjoy the peaceful feeling of solitude, while being only a few minutes from the ski area! This home is only a short walk to trails that provide technical ski-in/ski-out access for the more experienced skiers. Head to the base of Peak 9 or the gondola to Peak 8 to access both Blue and Green terrain. Downtown Breckenridge is a three-mile drive up north where dining and shopping options abound across Main Street, one of the most popular attractions in this charming mining town besides Breckenridge Ski Resort (four miles away by car).
Four large bedrooms (King, King, King, and Queen) that will sleep 8. Each bedroom has a large closet to settle into, cozy bedding, a fan, and a humidifier. The bedrooms have baseboard heat for cool nights and you can open the windows to let in the cool night air and hear the wind in the trees. GETTING AROUND:
Getting Around: Upper Warriors Mark winter shuttle offered by HOA. Runs daily in winter (approximately Dec-March). Pickup at corner of Gold King Way and White Cloud. Takes guests at the Marriott (base of Peak 9) and the Ice Rink for transfer to other bases. The Ski Shuttle is subject to availability during the ski season and cannot be guaranteed by SkyRun. No refunds or compensation of any kind will be provided by SkyRun if the HOA-provided shuttle is not running, late, the guest has a bad experience or the shuttle is canceled.
A huge draw for this property is the SKI-IN OUT access for ADVANCED skiers/boarders. To give you an idea of where you will stay, this home is located in the Upper Warriors Mark neighborhood in Breckenridge. To Ski-Out you will go to the public access Burro Trail, exiting the trees onto the Lower Lehman run on Peak 9. To Ski-In you will take the Falcon Superchair to the top of Peak 10 and down. Depending on the snowpack, skiers should be able to ski all or most of the route. Boarders may need to walk a little. You will have access to the Upper Warriors mark shuttle as well.

PARKING: To ensure a hassle-free stay, please adhere to the posted signs and parking allocations in Breckenridge, as parking is strictly enforced. If you require additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight parking in two designated areas: 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite parking lot (which also accommodates RVs and trailers).
WARNING: Please be advised that during the winter season, all driveways and roads may be covered with snow and ice, making it necessary for vehicles to have 4WD or AWD to safely navigate. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for cars that get stuck or require towing. Additionally, some homes may require 4WD or AWD during non-winter months due to uneven surfaces and dirt roads. COLORADO TRACTION LAW:During the winter season from September to May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is enforced for all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero. This law requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. It is important to make sure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado, so please speak with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.
