The cabin is quaint and rustic with Rocky Mountain charm. The bedroom has a King bed, with DISH Satellite TV and WiFi provided for in-house entertainment. New Full Size Sleeper Sofa added for extra guests in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped to enjoy a home cooked meal. You will fall in love with the outside living area/deck area where you can soak in the beauty of nature and wildlife.
This cabin is in the perfect location to enjoy all of Estes Park's beauty as well as its downtown life. Please keep these things in mind: this is a rustic area with unimproved roads, low clearance, and you will need 4 wheel drive in snow and ice.
- Management provides a starter kit of amenities (an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, and liquid dishwashing soap). Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
- Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay cleans and additional trash pickups. These are charged to the guest and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the following required services.
- Mid-stay cleans include cleaning of floors, countertop and furniture surfaces, and bathrooms, and this does include linens.
The guest will be contacted for payment as follows:
$75 (one mid-stay cleaning for stays of 14-30 days, OR a Safety Check at no charge to the guest)
$75 (mid-stay cleaning for 30+ days required every 14 days each at $75, OR no-cost Safety Check)
$30 (trash pickup required every 14 days, $30 each)
