NOTE: This condo only takes 30+ day rentals. This condo is the perfect location for guests to enjoy the summit county experience, it is minutes from 5 ski resorts, great dining, shopping, winter and summer activities, Dillon reservoir and so much more. This 3 bedroom condo layout makes it perfect for any long term guests. The space is cozy and welcoming. This open concept condo makes it the perfect spot for any group. The renovated kitchen is fully stocked and perfect for cooking for the whole gang. There is not only a large breakfast bar that seats 6 but a dining table that seats an additional 4.  The living room features 2 comfy couches, and a flat screen smart TV, so at the end of a long day of skiing everyone can curl up and enjoy a good movie. Directly off of the living room there is a private porch where you can enjoy a nice dinner and watch the sunset or a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise over the mountains. Guests can also feel free to use the clubhouse as much as they please which features the shared laundry, hot tub, swimming pool and games such as ping pong and a pool. The master bedroom features a comfortable 

King Bed with an attached bathroom. The second bedroom features a Queen Bed. The third bedroom also features a Queen Bed. 

In the summers enjoy endless hiking, biking, golfing and time on the lake all within minutes of your home. In the winter take advantage of the prime location that puts you less than 30 minutes from 5 World Class Ski Resorts. There is a free shuttle bus stop nearby that will take you to many Summit County destinations including Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain resorts.

This sought after location is the perfect place for a long getaway with family or friends vacation throughout the year.

Properties in Summit County generally do not have Air Conditioning.  This is certainly the case for all SkyRun properties.  Temperatures rarely crest 75 degrees and always cool off dramatically once the sun sets. 

SHARED OR COMMUNITY POOLS / HOT TUBS / CLUB HOUSES:   If amenities check lists includes a hot tub with this property listing, please verify before confirming your reservation.  No refunds are provided due to lack hot tubs. 

THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE:  All SkyRun properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 2-3 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

Parking at all properties is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times.  

4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck.  Some homes require 4WD or AWD in the non-winter months due to dirt roads, and uneven surfaces - call for more information about your rental.

Starting Sept. and running through May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. Talk with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.
