- Pool is heated at no extra charge.
- Good Neighbor Policy & City Law: Any activity or gathering that disturbs the peace or quiet of the residence or neighborhood is prohibited any time of day, particularly between the hours of 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. If a neighbor calls or comes over and asks you to quiet down, be friendly and quiet down. Rental properties cannot be used for non-residential activities such as corporate events, parties or weddings. (Noise is monitored by NoiseAware devices) The city has laws about noise disturbances. If police are called, they may impose fines that guests will be responsible for.
- No Smoking of any kind anywhere on the property.
- No Pets Allowed.
- Max car parking is 4. Besides the 2 garage spots, there's room for an additional 2 cars in the driveway. Absolutely No street parking available, fines of up to $2500 will be imposed by the HOA if your vehicle is parked on the street.
