Set back on a quiet street, you will have the privacy you want; a short, 5-minute drive will get you to Freshfields Village - home to Harris Teeter grocery store, Java Java coffee shop, a gas station, multiple restaurants, a business center, and other beach-inspired shops nestled into a quaint town square inspired theme. The community pool is available to you and your guests and is a short 2-minute walk from the home. 

Each stay includes a $125 beach gear credit from VayKGear, where you can rent items such as bikes, chairs, coolers, games and more!

THE SPACE
Once at the home, you will be welcomed by this cozy cottage nestled among the trees. Enter the front door to an open living room with a flat-screen Smart TV, wooded fireplace, and seating for the whole family. Right off the entrance is the beautiful kitchen with plenty of space for your needs. Left of the entrance, you will find the first bedroom with two twin beds and hallway access to the shared bath. To the right, you will find the beautiful kitchen area equipped with an over-the-range microwave, electric stove top, oven, dishwasher, fridge with built-in water/ice maker, and drip coffee maker.

Beyond the living area at the back of the home is a glass door with views to the back leading to the screened-in back porch. With a wooded view, ample seating, and a coffee table, you will surely have a relaxing time lounging out with your family. 

Off the living room to the right, you will find the first primary bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom, a full-sized closet, and private porch access. A king-sized bed and ceiling fan ensures a relaxing stay and a restful night after a day on the beach or golfing. 

Off the living room to the left, you will find the queen guest room with a full ensuite bathroom (shared), queen bed, and ceiling fan.

This updated property is family-friendly and allows pets (for a fee), so even the fur family can join you on vacation!
