ACCOMMODATIONS
This 2 bed/2 bath condo is a second-floor, corner unit conveniently located within walking distance of the Louisiana Lagniappe. There is a fully equipped kitchen and dining table for 4. There is additional seating for two at the kitchen bar, which opens up to a spacious living room with comfortable seating with a large 55" Smart TV and sofa bed that will sleep two. The master bedroom has a private bath, a shower/tub combo, and a large vanity with a makeup counter. There is a large king-size bed and 32" TV with plenty of closet space. The guest bedroom has a full and twin bedding to comfortably sleep three. There is a 42' TV with closet space. The guest bathroom has a single vanity and shower/tub combo. Enjoy the back deck with comfortable seating.

COMMUNITY & BEACH
Take a boat ride from the resort for $15.00 to any dining establishments along the Destin harbor or a short and safe walk, 7 minutes to private beach access.

DINING & SHOPPING
With lots of shopping nearby, you'll have plenty of opportunities to find that perfect souvenir, gift, or a way to spend time away from the beach. The condo is a short drive to the Harborwalk Village, where you can find some unique stores, or only a few miles away is the Destin Commons, with many nationwide brand names, a movie theater, and dining options. Everything you need is nearby, and Destin offers so many different recreational activities that there is something for everyone in the family. From arts and culture to eco-tourism, from fine dining to quick bites, shopping and spas, and some of the best fishing in the Gulf.

OTHER AMENITIES & OUTDOOR
Sandpiper Cove has several amenities at the resort where guests can enjoy a stress-free escape, including access to 5 swimming pools, 6 lighted tennis courts, and private beach access with a relaxing tiki hut for drinks. There is also a private Par-3 golf course for guests to enjoy for free, 2 restaurants (Louisiana Lagniappe; Rick's Crab Trap), and 24-hour security. There are other shared common areas where guests can grill, picnic, play yard games, or relax in the breeze.

PARKING
Parking is limited to two (2) vehicles per condo. Trailers or vehicles with more than 4 wheels will be required to park off-site.

NO PHYSICAL CHECK-IN
There is no physical check-in for this property. Guests will receive an email and text notification 7 days before arrival with a unique key code and instructions for the self-check-in and check-out.

WHAT WE PROVIDE
Starter set (1 or 2 days worth) of TP, Paper Towel, Garbage Bags,  Kitchen/Bath Soaps, Facial Tissues, Bath Towels, Small Shampoo/Conditioner, and laundry/dishwasher pods, filtered coffee pods.
