The cabin offers a spacious open floor plan with a two-story great room perfect for families or small group gatherings. Enjoy the lower level movie room and game room. Settle outside on the expansive front porch or gather in the private yard around the fire pit (pick up some firewood on your way in)—walking distance to lakefront dining, shopping, and The Abbey Resort and Spa. The town of Lake Geneva is a 20-minute drive away. The Fontana Public Beach is a 3-minute drive.

This home has been lovingly renovated and decorated with comfort and entertainment in mind.
The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances and an oversized breakfast bar with 4 bar stools. At the center of the two-story family room is a soaring Santa Fe fireplace with two large couches and a mid-century recliner. The open dining area includes a rustic great table that can accommodate 12 for dinner.
The games room includes ping-pong, shuffleboard, and a vintage video game table. The movie room includes a beverage center, recessed lighting, an extensive DVD collection, and Roku with Netflix.
The main floor master features a king-sized bed, an en-suite bath, a large closet, and a TV.
The upper level has two bedrooms and a loft area. In the upper area, you will find 1 queen bed, 2 bunk beds in the bunk room, and a twin trundle bed in the loft. The upper-level loft also features a large open area with a couch and keyboard. The lower-level bedroom features a queen bed with a full bath across the hall. This cabin sleeps 12 with 1 king, 2 queens, 2 sets of bunk beds, and 1 twin trundle. The cabin includes 3 full baths and one half bath for your comfort and convenience. The Laundry Room is located on the main level.

HOUSE RULES:
No parties/events
No smoking of any kind...Any evidence of smoking (IE: smoke damage inside, butts left outside, etc.) will incur a fine and/or an extra cleaning fee.
Primary renter must be 25 (others in the group can be younger as this is a family-friendly home)
Indoor furniture is not permitted outdoors. Any indoor/outdoor furniture that is moved needs to be put back to where it was at check-in.

Parking for 5 Vehicles in the Driveway Only
