What To Be Aware Of
- The driveway is steep 4-wheel drive and good tires are a must from November to April.
- Must be 25 years old to rent.
- MHOA rules and regulations
Trailers, campers, RV’s, boats cannot be parked on the property for more than 24 hours. All vehicles must be parked in driveway overnight
ATV’s, dirt bikes, snow mobiles and any other off road motorized vehicles may not be driven on community roads or properties
No loud outdoor noise between 10 pm to 8 am daily - Outdoor lights should be turned off by 10 pm
- Guests must adhere to all county fire bans. Fireworks are NEVER permitted
- In the event that a private hot tub in a rental property becomes inoperable during your stay, SkyRun Winter Park will make all attempts to correct the problem as soon as possible and refund a maximum of $25 per day. This does not apply to on-site recreational facilities where the guest has access to.
