This property is ski-in via the SkiWay and walk-out/ski-out via the gondola. The property offers a comfortable living area with flat screen TV, gas fireplace, queen sofa sleeper and a fully equipped kitchen with seating at the dining table for 6. Beautifully remodeled condos with incredible views of Peak 8. 

Perfect for a weekend getaway or a long stay in one of Colorado's most premier ski-towns, Breckenridge. WARNING:  Please be advised that during the winter season, all driveways and roads may be covered with snow and ice, making it necessary for vehicles to have 4WD or AWD to safely navigate. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for cars that get stuck or require towing. Additionally, some homes may require 4WD or AWD during non-winter months due to uneven surfaces and dirt roads. COLORADO TRACTION LAW: During the winter season from September to May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is enforced for all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero. This law requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. It is important to make sure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado, so please speak with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.
