The road to the house and driveway are steep therefore in winter months a vehicle with all-wheel or 4-wheel drive is REQUIRED from late November through March.

Avoid the Denver ski traffic, 20 minutes to the Granby Ski area, and 35 minutes to Winter Park. Snowmobile trails nearby, and a great location for ice fishing too.
