Located across the street from Taco Boy (a great, local restaurant), this condo has one bedroom, one bath, a full kitchen, Flat Screen TVs, WiFi, and central heat/air. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, electric stove, drip coffee maker, and no dishwasher - perfect for a stay on Center Street lined with Folly's most incredible restaurants and bars.
A note on parking: While this condo has a designated space and we mark it as a private space, sometimes folks snag it. If that is the case, temporarily park elsewhere until they leave and then park. We try to be accommodating neighbors and prefer not to tow, but if it is a consistent issue, let us know. Folly is strict about street parking, so make sure you park in designated areas with all four tires off the road.
