A note on parking: While this condo has a designated space and we mark it as a private space, sometimes folks snag it. If that is the case, temporarily park elsewhere until they leave and then park. We try to be accommodating neighbors and prefer not to tow, but if it is a consistent issue, let us know. Folly is strict about street parking, so make sure you park in designated areas with all four tires off the road.

THE SPACE
Overlooking Center Street, this condo is close to everything with no need for a golf cart to get around. Nineteen (19) steps take you up to the main entrance. Once you enter, you'll see all this quaint condo has to offer, including a modern, chic vibe, open living area, two flat screen TV's and access to all Folly Beach as to offer.
The hall from the living/kitchen area leads to the bedroom with a full bathroom along the way. The king bedroom offers privacy, great views, and a custom painted, funky barn door.
You can simply show up and leave your car parked your entire stay with a designated parking space while enjoying all that Folly Beach has to offer.
