  • In the event that a private hot tub in a rental property becomes inoperable during your stay, SkyRun Winter Park will make all attempts to correct the problem as soon as possible and refund a maximum of $25 per day.  This does not apply to on-site recreational facilities where the guest has access to.

With easy access to all that Winter Park has to enjoy and the free shuttle to the resort, you will be on the mountain or enjoying apres-ski at many of the local breweries and restaurants.

This townhome provides ample space to spread out and comfortably sleep 8 guests, while also offering the privacy you desire. In the summer, you are walking distance to weekly concerts and festivals held right down the street. In the winter, grab the shuttle to the slopes or enjoy some tubing in Fraser. 

Explore downtown Winter Park year round and all it has to offer. There are plenty of great restaurants and local craft breweries. During the summer, enjoy free weekly concerts and numerous festivals. Winter Park was voted Colorado's top adventure town! It is one of the most family-friendly destinations with year round fun! Enjoy world class skiing/boarding at Winter Park resort with a variety of terrain for skiers and riders from beginner to expert. Local favorite activities in the winter include the Fraser Tubing Hill, Dog Sledding of Winter Park, or cross country skiing at Devils Thumb Ranch. In the summer, there is the Trestle Bike Park for downhill mountain biking, paddle boarding and water skiing on Lake Granby, fly fishing and white water rafting on the Colorado or taking in the amazing views on our hiking trails.
