The condo also offers access to scenic hikes in the summer and snowshoeing in the winter, just a few steps away. The condo has a shared clubhouse with a pool, and two hot tubs that can be enjoyed in both the Winter and the Summer. 

The condo is great for families and friends with 7 TOTAL BEDS beds to sleep people comfortably. The open kitchen, dining area and living room allows the whole group to relax and enjoy vacation all together! 

Welcome home to your spacious 2 Bedroom with a large loft area  / 3 Bath condo in Wildernest.  This charming condo is in a beautiful mountain setting and sleeps up to 8 people.  The two bedrooms each have a queen bed, The loft area feature's a King Bed, Full bed, and Three Twin beds.  There are 3 full bathrooms, each with a full size tub and shower.   The front door of the condo is on the third floor, and the entire condo is on two levels with a spiral staircase to reach the loft area.  The condo backs up to a beautiful national forest so the view is spectacular.  The condo features a wood burning fireplace, free wi-fi and access to a beautiful club house.   There is also a propane grill on the deck for your grilling pleasure. 

 Want to relax after a hard day of play?  This condo has access to a great clubhouse with an indoor pool, hot tub and game room.  There is something here for everyone!

If you want to leave the car behind,  the complex is on the route of the FREE Summit Stage Bus (just steps from the condo) that will take you to all of the major ski resorts in Summit County. Also, the condo is on the ground floor so need to go up and down a bunch of stairs to get anywhere.  There is plenty of parking at the complex as well. 

This location in Silverthorne, Colorado makes you feel like you are set in a cabin in the woods, but yet not very far from town.  Whether you are here to relax or enjoy all of the activities that Summit County has to offer, you have come to the right place.  This is a great condo for a great value and you will want to make this your home away from home.

Properties in Summit County generally do not have Air Conditioning.  This is certainly the case for all SkyRun properties.  Temperatures rarely crest 75 degrees and always cool off dramatically once the sun sets. 

SHARED OR COMMUNITY POOLS / HOT TUBS / CLUB HOUSES:   If amenities check lists includes a hot tub with this property listing, please verify before confirming your reservation.  No refunds are provided due to lack hot tubs. 

THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE:  All SkyRun properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 2-3 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

PARKING: Parking at all properties is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times.  

WARNING:  4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck.  Some homes require 4WD or AWD in the non-winter months due to dirt roads, and uneven surfaces - call for more information about your rental.

COLORADO TRACTION LAW:  Starting Sept. and running through May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. Talk with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.

SUMMIT COUNTY FIRE RESTRICTIONS: Stage 1 fire restrictions, and Summit County’s year-round fire regulations, prohibit building, maintaining, attending, or using an open fire. An open fire is defined as any outdoor fire, including but not limited to campfires, warming fires, bonfires, or prescribed burns of any material.
