This fantastic three-bedroom, three-bath open space condo has all the amenities you need for a wonderful getaway to the mountains. Recently remodeled, the unit features a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and a large breakfast bar, as well as a spacious dining area that can accommodate the entire group. Relax together in the living area around the wood-burning fireplace while enjoying the views of mountains. Watch a favorite show on any one of four smart TV's, or just retire to the spa-like master suite for a quiet soak in the jetted Jacuzzi tub.

In the summer months the spacious wrap-around deck, surrounded by beautiful Aspen trees, is a wonderful place to hang out and relax, with plenty of seating, a private grill, and magnificent views of the mountains in almost any direction. Grab your fishing pole and head across the street to the private Lagoon pond, fully stocked with trout every year. Directly behind the complex, take a walk through the Willow Preserve and down to Dillon lake, but keep your eyes open to spot a beaver, a fox, or even a moose. Rent paddle boards, pontoon boats, and kayaks, or just sit on the beach at the nearby marina. Bring your bikes or rent them nearby, because the Frisco Bike Path runs right behind the condo building, and it will take you to Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Vail, or anywhere beyond.

In the winter, this condo becomes the ultimate ski location.  It is within 30 minutes of 5 world class ski resorts - you can pick whichever mountain you like.  There is also a free Summit Stage bus connecting you to Keystone, Breckenridge, and Copper. But why get on the bus when you can snowshoe right outside your door, go to Frisco Adventure Park or Frisco Nordic Center where you will find tubing and cross country skiing. Watch the sun set over the snow-capped mountains while sipping your favorite après-ski beverage, and preserve the memory of the day with a photo-shoot on the refurbished ski chair in the dining room.

The master bedroom features a King Bed, desk and reading nook, a smart TV, a separate sliding-glass door to the deck, and ensuite master bath. The newly remodeled master bath has a jetted tub, separate shower, and a double-sink vanity.

The second bedroom has Two Queen Beds, an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub, smart TV, and its own private deck.

The third and final bedroom has a Queen Bed, a smart TV, and its own access to the wrap-around deck. The newly remodeled bath for this room is directly across the hall.

Properties in Summit County generally do not have Air Conditioning.  This is certainly the case for all SkyRun properties.  Temperatures rarely crest 75 degrees and always cool off dramatically once the sun sets. 

SHARED OR COMMUNITY POOLS / HOT TUBS / CLUB HOUSES:   If amenities check lists includes a hot tub with this property listing, please verify before confirming your reservation.  No refunds are provided due to lack hot tubs. 

THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE:  All SkyRun properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 2-3 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

PARKING: Parking at all properties is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times.  

WARNING:  4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck.  Some homes require 4WD or AWD in the non-winter months due to dirt roads, and uneven surfaces - call for more information about your rental.

COLORADO TRACTION LAW:  Starting Sept. and running through May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. Talk with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.

SUMMIT COUNTY FIRE RESTRICTIONS: Stage 1 fire restrictions, and Summit County’s year-round fire regulations, prohibit building, maintaining, attending, or using an open fire. An open fire is defined as any outdoor fire, including but not limited to campfires, warming fires, bonfires, or prescribed burns of any material.
