NEW LISTING Located INSIDE of Rocky Mountain National Park you are at the trailheads, surrounded by wildlife in uninterrupted nature. The cabin is located in the Bear Lake corridor on the moraine. The nearby wildlife - Elk, Deer, Moose and more - are closer than you can imagine as you stay inside of Rocky Mountain National Park. Solitude abounds and imaginations spark within this peaceful and remote getaway.

This rustic and remodeled, comfortable cabin has 2 queen bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, and sleeps 4. You will enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, eating area, and a cozy living room. Grab a cup of coffee, a good book or your sketchpad, sit outside early in the morning or under the starry sky and enjoy the endless views.

In order to stay at this property you will need to purchase a Rocky Mountain Park Pass. You will not need a timed entry pass. Your printed reservation email will replace the need for a timed entry pass. The entry lines to get into the park can sometimes be two plus hours depending on the time of day. Plan your time in town ahead knowing that getting back into the park could take awhile.

What to be aware of:  There is no internet and no TV. No fireplace or A/C. No Washer/Dryer or Dishwasher.

If you are looking for a cabin near hiking and wildlife, and a place for inspiration or to unwind, Niwot Cabin should be your first consideration.

• Management provides a starter kit of amenities (an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, and liquid dishwashing soap). Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.

• Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups. These are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the following required services.

• Mid-stay cleans include cleaning of floors, countertop and furniture surfaces, and bathrooms, and this does include linens.

• The guest will be contacted for payment as follows:
  $105 (one mid-stay cleaning for stays of 14-30 days)
  $105 (mid-stay cleaning for 30+ days required every 14 days each at $105)
