What To Be Aware Of
- It is an older home out in the country in Vermont we do our best to mitigate bugs and mice but we can not guarantee you will not have a visitor.
- Pets require a $100 per pet non-refundable pet fee MAX 2 DOGS. DOGS Must be in a kennel when alone in the condo. Must be on a leash at all times and you must pick up after your pet. Please keep pets off furniture.
- TRASH removal is not included. We ask guests to bring trash to the dump or you will be charged $15 a bag.
