Out of the way of the main town, you'll be a short drive to the parking garage and start of the Riverwalk through downtown Estes. Both national park entrances, north and south, are accessible without having to drive through the town traffic, and you're surrounded by beautiful pine forests. Enjoy the covered wrap around deck with incredible views of the Stanley Hotel of Estes Park, with Rocky Mountain National Park in the background or relax in your outdoor hot tub under the night sky.

State of the art kitchen with granite countertops welcomes you in this mountain living home. The kitchen is fully furnished and ready for any culinary creation. The large dining area will be a wonderful gathering place for family meals. After dinner, you can adjourn to the beautiful vaulted living room with a gas fireplace and a large glass window, or retreat to the large deck area where you can overlook the Town of Estes Park. 

Eldondale has four bedrooms. The main level master is a King bedroom with ensuite bathroom. On the upper level there is a King bedroom, and a third bedroom with two Twin beds. The lower level offers a fourth bedroom with a King bed. The lower level living room has a Queen sleeper sofa. There are three flat screen TVs in the home - one on each level.

  • Management provides a starter kit of amenities (an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs,  4-5 dishwashing pods, and liquid dishwashing soap). Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
  • Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups and hot tub services. These are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the following required services.
  • Long-term reservations of 14+ days require the guest to be contacted for payment as follows:
    $123 (one mid-stay cleaning for stays of 14-30 days, OR a Safety Check at no charge to the guest)
