Welcome to 103 Clearwater lofts! This property is brand new with high-end luxury finishes, mountain views, and quick access to the slopes via shuttle or a short drive. This oversized 1 bedroom property has it all! Just past the entryway is a bench with hooks to hang all your gear and a laundry closet with a full size washer and dryer. The living room features a large flat screen TV and a gas fireplace. Off the living room is a spacious balcony with amazing mountain views! The gourmet kitchen has all essentials stocked and features brand new high-end appliances. There is seating for 2 at the kitchen bar and 4 at the dining room table.
The primary bedroom features a king sized bed, ample storage, and an en suite bathroom. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate additional guests.
