After parking in the covered garage, you will walk up to the third floor (there is no elevator) to find this beautifully remodeled condo. The updated kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances as well as dishware, silverware, pots/pans and utensils. There is seating for 8, with 4 at the dining room table and an additional 4 at the kitchen bar.
From the kitchen you can see out into the cozy living room. Here you will find large sliding glass doors, which show you the sprawling views of the mountains and golf course below. Get warm by the gas fireplace, or throw on a movie on the large smart TV.
Down the hall from the kitchen, the first bedroom on the left has a Queen bed, flat screen TV, and plenty of storage for your belongings. At the end of the hall there is the master bedroom with a King bed, flat screen TV, and en suite bathroom. There is a second full bathroom adjacent to both bedrooms.
From the living room you can take the stairs up to the second level where you will find rustic barn doors that open to a sitting room with a daybed and flat screen TV. As you walk through this room, you will find the third bedroom equipped with a twin over twin bunk bed and a daybed with twin trundle. This room has storage space, a flat screen TV, and an en suite bathroom. This is the perfect place for the kids or friends to retreat for books and board games!
In the summertime, there is a walking trail that leads down to the Steamboat Resort base area where you can enjoy all of the activities and bands all summer long! From there, you can access all the beautiful hiking and biking trails that the mountain has to offer.
