What To Be Aware Of
- The home is located at Columbine Lake, a private, covenant-controlled community. While guests may enjoy strolls around the lake and basking on the beach, guests are not permitted to use the clubhouse, gazebo, horse pasture, OHV's, or Columbine Lake.
- ONE dog only and must follow these rules: No biters, no barkers, crated if ever left alone, not allowed on the furniture. Responsible owners who pick up after their pets, no more than 1 DOG. $125 dollars a pet and must notify the manager you are bringing a dog. NO OTHER ANIMALS

This cabin is the perfect mountain getaway to relax, enjoy the fresh air, and partake in an array of outdoor activities. After a long day hiking, skiing, or snowmobiling you can go home and cook a gourmet meal in Bear Cabin's well-equipped kitchen. This property's deck is ideal for star gazing on cool summer nights or grilling with friends and family on hot summer days. It is located close to 4 gorgeous mountain lakes and is a short drive to hundreds of miles of single track biking trails and 2 amazing ski resorts. Snowmobiling is right out the front door; there is even a place to park your trailer. Grand Lake downtown is 5 mins away for shopping, entertainment, and restaurants.
LIVING AREAS
Glowing pine accents and soaring vaulted ceilings are featured in the Great Room. Curl up on two leather sofas to watch shows on the 55” TV, or snuggle up with a book by the gas fireplace.
Upstairs, kick back in a snug reading nook with a leather chair.

The open-concept kitchen offers an inviting space to cook and chat. There’s a full suite of appliances, plenty of countertop space, and a breakfast bar with seating for four.

This cabin sleeps 10 guests between three bedrooms.
Located on the entry level, the master bedroom boasts a king bed and 40' TV. This room also features a spacious en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and a jetted tub. An additional guest bathroom on this floor has a tub/shower combination.
Upstairs, the second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. Nearby, a family-friendly third bedroom comes with a twin bed, twin-over-twin bunk, twin-over-full bunk, and a TV. A great place for the kids. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREAS
In summer months, gather on a private front deck surrounded by trees. There’s plenty of outdoor seating, a gas grill, and a picnic table for lunches in the sun.
