204 Clearwater Lofts is part of a brand new condominium building with great amenities and fantastic views, perfect for your mountain vacation! The entryway features a bench and built in hooks to make storing gear a breeze. Just past the entryway is a laundry closet with a full size washer and dryer. The living room features floor to ceiling windows, a large flat screen TV and a gas fireplace. Just off the living room is a large balcony with amazing mountain views and a private grill for summer cookouts.
