Located in the heart of Destin, the 43-acre gated Sandpiper Cove resort spans from
Destin harbor to the sugar-white sands of the Emerald Coast. Private gated beach with
parking is a few minutes walk or 1-minute drive from Seascape and includes 1100 feet
of private beachfront with beach service (2 chairs/2 footstools and an umbrella -
$35/day savings), beach bar and grill, bathrooms, showers, BBQs, rental kayaks and
paddleboards.
On the harbor side, Seascape is a boater's playground and includes a free boat/wave
runner ramp, and kayak launch only steps from the condo into Destin Harbor. Call Sandpiper Cove for
details on bringing a boat.
Other complimentary amenities include unlimited play 9-hole par 3 golf course, 5 outdoor pools (2
heated), 3 hot tubs, 6 lighted tennis/pickleball courts, shuffleboard, and bocci ball court.
This condo is close to many restaurants, shopping, and attractions in Destin and even
has a water taxi to the Destin HarborWalk Village!

Dog Friendly - Up to 2 dogs - an additional non-refundable fee of $150/per dog/per week. No dogs on the beach.
 
ACCOMMODATIONS
The condo is located on the top floor and has 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. There is no elevator to this floor. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, flat-panel TV, sliding door to the back deck, and a private
bath with a combo shower/tub. The guest bedroom has a king-size bed, flat-panel TV, and direct access to the spare bathroom, including a combo shower/tub.
The living room is fitted with a queen-size sofa bed.
 
The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs for those who wish to eat in. There
is a large laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

COMMUNITY & BEACH
Sandpiper Cove is a stress-free resort with 24-hour security and provides other shared
common areas where guests and children can fish, picnic, play yard games, or simply
relax in the breeze. Two restaurants on the resort include the award-winning fine
dining Louisiana Lagniappe and Rick's Crab Trap on the private beach.

DINING & SHOPPING
With lots of shopping nearby, you'll have plenty of opportunities to find that perfect
souvenir, gift, or a way to spend time away from the beach. You can catch a round-trip
water taxi directly from the onsite marina to HarborWalk Village, where you can find
some unique stores and Destin's most desirable restaurants, including Marina Cafe,
AJ's, Boathouse, Margaritaville. Only a few miles drive is the Destin Commons shopping
center with many nationwide brand names, a movie theater, and dining options.
Everything you need is nearby, and Destin offers so many different recreational
activities that there is something for everyone in the family. From arts and culture to
eco-tourism, from fine dining to quick bites, shopping and spas, and some of the best
fishing in the Gulf.

PARKING
Parking is limited to two (2) vehicles per condo. Vehicles with more than 4 wheels will
be required to park off-site. 

NO PHYSICAL CHECK-IN
There is no physical check-in for this property. Guests will receive an email and text
notification 7 days before arrival with a unique key code and instructions for self-check
in and check out process.
