There are new remote shades to provide privacy. Relax in the cozy seating around the gas fireplace and Smart TV. Sliding doors open to two separate patios, one covered with ceiling fans to enjoy a BBQ or take in the lovely landscaping. Dine in the kitchen or the formal dining room. Meals at home are easy in this well-equipped galley kitchen with updated appliances. There is a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience.

HOUSE RULES:
- Primary tenant making the reservation must be 30 or older and present for the entire stay (day & night)
- No smoking of any kind indoors or out/pets/parties
- Quiet Hours: 10 PM-10 AM
- Check-in: Between 4-8 PM / Checkout: Before 10 AM
- (Summertime) Please, No Pool Towels may be hung out on the balcony or railings & No fireworks - (Fines Assessed by HOA)
- Follow all HOA rules posted in the condo and your check-in instructions.
- Parking for only 1 car provided
1 or 2 Day Supply of TP, Dish Liquid, Dishwasher Pods, Paper Towel, Laundry Pods, Garbage Bags, Bath Towels, and Bed Linens (for the murphy bed, too). Please bring your own beach/pool towels.
