Hoosier Holiday is a newly remodeled 2nd Floor condo that near the world-famous sandy-white beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. Located in Sandpiper Cove, this condo is close to many restaurants, shopping, and attractions in Destin, yet a private area that is perfect for families and those seeking quiet getaways. Sandpiper Cover has many amenities perfect for a family vacation or romantic getaway.

COMMUNITY & BEACH
Take a boat ride from the resort for $15.00 to any of the dining establishments along the Destin harbor, or a short and safe walk, 8 minutes to private beach access with 2 beach chairs and umbrella included between March 1, 2023 - October 31,2023!

DINING & SHOPPING
With lots of shopping nearby, you'll have plenty of opportunities to find that perfect souvenir or gift, or a way to spend time away from the beach. The condo is a short drive to the Harborwalk Village where you can find some unique stores, or only a few miles away is the Destin Commons with many nationwide brand names, a movie theater, and dining options. Everything you need is nearby and Destin offers so many different recreational activities that there is something for everyone in the family. From arts and culture to eco-tourism, from fine dining to quick bites, shopping and spas, and some of the best fishing in the Gulf.

ACCOMMODATIONS
As you enter the condo you will see a tastefully decorated living space welcoming you and your family. The door to your right will lead you into a beautifully decorated bedroom with a large king-size bed and flat-panel TV. Just behind the door on your right just before entering the bathroom is the stacked washer/dryer. The bathroom is connected just off the bedroom with a clean, modern look with a full-size tub/shower combo.  For convenience, the bathroom is accessible from the living room. As you make your way back through the bedroom you will enter the main living space. To the right is the fully equipped kitchen with shiplap walls, hard surface counters, and beautiful white cabinetry. Just to the left of the kitchen is a conveniently located breakfast bar. As you continue further into the main living space you will encounter the dining space that has seating for four. To the right will be the living room with comfortable seating, a flat-panel TV, and a sofa bed. Just off the main living space is the balcony overlooking one of the greens to the Par 3 Golf course exclusive to Sandpiper Cove guests and owners.

   
OTHER AMENITIES & OUTDOOR
Sandpiper Cove has several amenities at the resort where guests can enjoy a stress-free escape, including access to 5 swimming pools, 6 lighted tennis courts, and private beach access with a relaxing tiki hut for drinks. There is also a private Par-3 golf course which is free of charge for guests to enjoy, a boat ramp and marina, 2 restaurants (Louisiana Lagniappe; Rick's Crab Trap), and 24-hour security. There are other shared common areas where guests can grill, picnic, play yard games, or simply relax in the breeze.

PARKING
Parking is limited to two (2) vehicles per condo. Trailers or vehicles with more than 4 wheels will be required to park off-site.

NO PHYSICAL CHECK-IN
There is no physical check-in for this property. Guests will receive an email and text notification 7 days prior to arrival with a unique key code and instructions for the self-check-in and check-out process.
