THE SPACE
Welcoming porches and a circular drive greet you upon arrival. The garage can accommodate 3 or 4 vehicles.
Enter from the Garage or the Front Door- all steps up to the first floor. With 3 floors of space and ample seating, this home is truly perfect for your large family, reunions, or mix-family groups. Indoor and outdoor seating and dining areas, Smart TVs in all Living Rooms and Bedrooms. This is possibly the largest single-family home on Folly Beach, with over 6,000 sq ft of living space! Decorated impeccably to reflect a great beach island home life with abundant lighting. The first floor offers four bedrooms with two living spaces - a gas fireplace/hardwood flooring, a kitchen that leads to the laundry, and a formal dining room - seating for ten. You can access an oversized screened-in porch from the dining room - perfect for outdoor eating and entertaining. The 2 large outdoor dining areas and couches are so inviting!
You enter the second story from the first floor and up the stairs in the foyer (which can also be accessed from outside.) This floor has five bedrooms, each with attached bathrooms and plenty of storage. The fully stocked kitchen on this floor has a large butcher block island and double doors leading out to the oversized tanning deck with loungers. On a clear night, take in the stars and beach breezes. This deck also offers a separate exterior entrance from the ground level and first-floor level.
From the 2nd Floor, take another flight of stairs to the third-floor studio apartment with a kitchenette, King Bedroom, and a Den room with a twin over desk bunk. Imagine the incredible reunions with family and friends!
This updated property is family-friendly and allows up to 2 dogs (under 60 lbs.) for a fee - $150/per dog/per stay

If the noise level exceeds the legal limit for FB, you will receive a friendly reminder text message to turn the noise down. Subsequent reminders may lead to eviction. This will help avoid any violations with the Folly Beach police that can result in fines and revoke the homeowner's business license.
