The large kitchen has island seating, a large kitchen table and dining space on the screen porch to enjoy the breeze off the water. Enjoy morning coffee on the screened porch, relax by the pool, or enjoy a boating adventure off your private dock. Wild Dunes Resort, Isle of Palms beaches, Harris Teeter Grocery Store, shops and restaurants are just minutes away. World class golf in the Wild Dunes Resort is also a short distance away.
The large living area with Extra Large Flat Screen TV provides a great space for family time fun and games. The living area has an expansive view of the Intracoastal Waterway. There is a bedroom on the main floor across the hall from a comfortable work space which over looks the waterway. The Master bedroom has a large En Suite Spa Bathroom with a deck overlooking the pool and the Intracoastal Waterway. The view is breathtaking. The Master Bedroom has a new king size mattress. There are two more bedrooms with Queen Beds on the waterside of the home each with a bathroom connected. A great spot for kids to bunk up and have their down time is in the bunk room on the 2nd floor. This room contains Murphy bunk beds to provide additional sleeping for little ones.
For activities away from this private escape, this home is a short distance from Historic Downtown Charleston, world class golf, fishing, recreation options galore! The Isle of Palms Marina and Marina Store are a short distance across the water or a 5 minute drive away. The marina can provide guided fishing trips, boat rentals, or sunset cruises.
