Welcome to Sandstone 70 Condominiums! This wonderful two bedroom + loft/ two-bathroom property accommodates up to six guests with plenty of room to stretch out in! Located in a traditional cozy neighborhood of Vail, enjoy a relaxing and local experience. Far enough from the busy areas of the Vail but still within easy reach of restaurants, shops, and the lifts!

This home away from home has two levels. On the main floor, you’ll find the cozy living room as well as the open kitchen / dining room, both bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and set-up to make a hearty breakfast before embarking on the days’ adventures.  The dining room table can fit up to six people.

The living room is set with a brand-new queen sleeper sofa and two chairs as well as a flat screen TV and gas fireplace to keep you warm and toasty. The mountain themed decor gives this home a pleasant and welcoming feeling. Just off the living room is a lovely deck with BBQ and a creek bustling below, the perfect place to unwind with a glass of wine and take in the scenery.

Both the master and the guest bedrooms offer queen beds, with inviting mattresses and hotel quality linens. The master has an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo and the guest bathroom also has a shower/tub combo. You'll find the third sleeping area up a set of stairs that is attached to the wall in the hallway and is equipped with a king bed complete with comfy mattress and hotel quality linens, vaulted ceilings, and lots of natural light.

The complimentary in-town shuttle stop is located just outside the complex and runs every 15-20 minutes or take advantage of pedestrian bridge and walk into Lionshead in a matter of minutes. This delightful unit is the perfect winter and summer getaway, you will not be disappointed!

THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All SkyRun Vail properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.
