Upscale Highland Parks sits on Scenic 30A in Santa Rosa Beach within a short walk to eateries such as Blue Mountain Beach Bakery, Blue Mountain Creamery, and Blue Mabel Smokehouse. A wide exercise path meanders along 30A. Head out to the adjacent forest preserve for scenic biking and hiking. When you're ready for the water, beach access is just 4 minutes away. The home is conveniently located near the stunning community pool (heated during cooler months), which offers a collection of covered and uncovered seating areas, an outdoor kitchen, outdoor TV, waterfalls into the pool, a hot tub, and a fire pit. The community pool area also has a four-story 360-degree observation tower from which you can enjoy dazzling views of the Gulf of Mexico and Blue Mountain Beach.
Beach Access: Gulf Coast Getaway and the Highland Parks Community are located approximately 1 mile from the Blue Mountain Regional Beach Access, with restrooms and parking.
The Blue Lupine Beach Access is located 0.7 miles away.
