Get away from it all in this luxurious condo! Enjoy view of the West Lake the large living room windows. This lavish 1,300-square foot condo sleeps up to 8 people and has 3 full bathrooms. Mountain Plaza is right next to the American Eagle chairlift in Center Village, can't beat this Center Village location! The Ten Mile Tavern and Starbucks is connected to this building on the first floor. No need to walk outside to go out for dinner or grab a drink. This condo is on the 6th floor in a a quiet corner location in Mountain Plaza.
The Living Room has a Queen Sleeper Sofa, a wood burning fireplace, and a flat screen TV. Wood for the fireplace is supplied in the garage. The newly remodeled kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. This spacious kitchen has granite counter tops and appliances. The dinning room table has seating for 6 and there are 2 addition seats at the breakfast bar.
The master bedroom boasts a brand new King Bed and flat screen TV. There is an en suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has 2 Queen Beds, and a TV. This bedroom also has an en suite bathroom.
There is garage parking for 1 vehicle. An additional vehicle can park in the Ten Mile Lot across the roundabout. Overflow vehicles can park in the North Alpine Lot at the entrance of Copper Mountain. There is no charge for parking.
Mountain Plaza has a shared outdoor hot tub. There are 4 private ski lockers for use during your stay. Laundry facilities are available as well. There are many shops and restaurants nearby.

There is no A/C in any of our properties. Temperatures rarely crest 75 degrees and always cool off dramatically at sunset.

THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All SkyRun properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.
PARKING: Parking at Copper Mountain is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, free overnight parking is provided by permit in the Alpine Lot.
WARNING: 4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck. Some homes require 4WD or AWD in the non-winter months due to dirt roads, and uneven surfaces - call for more information about your rental.
COLORADO TRACTION LAW: Starting Sept. and running through May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. Talk with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.

CLEANING: SkyRun is following rigorous (Covid-19) cleaning procedures as recommended by the CDC, AHLA, and VRMA to keep our guests healthy and our homes clean. Following the cleaning process, housekeepers will then disinfect properties with a hospital-grade disinfectant.
CHECK-IN: Curbside Check-In is available at the SkyRun Copper Office in the East Village at Copper Mountain. Please note that if you wish to come into the office to check-in, only ONE guest is allowed in the lobby at any given time.
SHARED OR COMMUNITY POOLS / HOT TUBS / CLUB HOUSES: Unfortunately, many shared workout facilities, community pools, community hot tubs remain closed due to COVID-19. No refunds or further price reductions will be offered regarding the lack of access to these facilities. If
