- PARKING: Two on Driveway and 2 in garage.(4 total Vehicles).
- OUTDOOR MUSIC Music outside should never be loud enough to carry over perimeter walls. Keep outdoor noise level to normal chatter/laughter to be respectful of our neighbors.
- OUTDOOR QUIET HOURS Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM - 8 AM per Scottsdale noise ordinance. There is an outdoor noise monitor that does not record audio but tracks decibel level and will immediately alert us if the decibel reaches a high level. We will then reach out to you to quiet down to avoid disturbing the neighbors and avoid a visit from the authorities.
