Park and Ride Convenience: Leave your vehicle at the Richardson Flats Park and Ride to have the free Park City Bus handle the driving for you. No need to wait in line or pay for parking at the resorts. Starting on December 10th, 2023, buses will run on a 20-minute frequency, with service hours from 6 AM to 11 PM. The bus will transport you directly to the Main Street Transit Center (6 Silver). There are also direct skier buses for Deer Valley Ski Resort (8 Brown) and Park City Mountain (7 Grey) which will run from 6 AM- 11 PM and take you from the Park and Ride to the Ski Resort Base Areas. The park and ride location is just 1.5 miles from your rental, about a 5-minute drive to the parking lot.

If you're visiting in the summer, you'll appreciate the easy access to numerous hiking trails, mountain biking routes, and water activities at the Jordanelle Reservoir.

Please note that all guests renting this property must adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by the HOA. Any fines resulting from guests not complying with these rules will be charged to the guest.

Parking and Regulations:

A maximum of 2 vehicles are allowed in the garage and 2 in the driveway.

No parking is permitted on the streets at any time.

Recreational vehicles, including trailers, RVs, boats, fifth-wheels, or four-wheelers, cannot be parked on any street or driveway for more than 2 hours for loading and unloading.

Several rules and regulations are in place to maintain a peaceful and harmonious environment, including restrictions on excessive noise and parking during the winter months.
