- On 3rd floor so walk up two flights of stairs
- Only ONE dog is allowed at this property. No biters, no barkers. Dog MUST be crated when left alone. Dog is not allowed on the furniture. Please pick up after their dog, no more than 1 DOG. NO OTHER ANIMALS. $100 dollar non-refundable pet fee will apply. Please notify the manager you are bringing a dog.

- In the event that a private hot tub in a rental property becomes inoperable during your stay, SkyRun Winter Park will make all attempts to correct the problem as soon as possible and refund a maximum of $25 per day.
